CONCERNING
DELEGATION OF RIGHT TO DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMS FACILITY ON BEHALF OF MINISTER OF FINANCE TO SIGN DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE TO IMPLEMENT REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 85/PMK.011/2007 CONCERNING EXCEPTION OF IMPORT DUTY FOR IMPORT OF HOT ROLLED COIL (HRC) <= 2 MM WITH TARIFF POST 7208.27.00.00 AND 7208.39.00.00 BY NATIONAL STEEL INDUSTRY

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE,

Considering:

To increase service and job implementation in Directorate General of Customs and Excise, It is needed to decide Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise concerning delegation of right to Director of Customs Facility on behalf of Minister of Finance, to sign Decision of the Minister of Finance, to implement Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 85/PMK.011/2007 concerning Exception of Import Duty for Import Hot Rolled Coil (HRC) <= 2 mm, with Tariff Post 7208.27.00.00 and 7208.39.00.00, by National Steel Industry;

In view of:

• 1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs (Republic of Indonesia Statute Book No. 75/1995, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612), that is amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Republic of Indonesia Statute Book No. 93/2006, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
• 2. Decision of the Minister of Finance No. 133/KMK.01/2006 concerning Organization and Working Procedure of Customs and Excise Area Office and Service Office;
• 3. Decision of the Minister of Finance No. 32/KMK.01/2007 concerning Delegation of Right to Director General of Customs and Excise on behalf of Minister of Finance to signs Minister of Finance Decision and or Letter;
• 4. Decision of the Minister of Finance No. 85/PMK.011/2007 concerning Exception of Import Duty for Import Hot Rolled Coil (HRC) <= 2 mm with Tariff Post 7208.27.00.00 and 7208.39.00.00 by National Steel Industry;

HAS DECIDED:

REGULATION OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF CUSTOMS AND EXCISE CONCERNING DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING DELEGATION OF RIGHT TO DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMS FACILITY ON BEHALF OF MINISTER OF FINANCE TO SIGN DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE TO IMPLEMENT REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 85/PMK.011/2007 CONCERNING EXCEPTION OF IMPORT DUTY FOR IMPORT OF HOT ROLLED COIL (HRC) <= 2 MM WITH TARIFF POST 7208.27.00.00 AND 7208.39.00.00 BY NATIONAL STEEL INDUSTRY

Article 1

Director of Customs Facility has right to sign Decision on behalf of Minister of Finance to implement Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 85/PMK.011/2007 concerning Exception of Import Duty for Import Hot Rolled Coil (HRC) <= 2 mm with Tariff Post 7208.27.00.00 and 7208.39.00.00 by National Steel Industry.

Article 2

This Regulation of the Director General is effective since the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this regulation shall be published in the Statute Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
